Workshops
I am a seasoned facilitator and I love holding space for people to reflect and learn together! Now more than ever, it is important to create safe and brave spaces to have critical conversations about power, race, and leadership. Below are a few examples of workshops that I have facilitated and I can work with you to create a workshop based on your desired objective for your community. Whether your group is 5 people or 100 people, I would love to work with you. Reach out via the Interest Form below.
Intuitive Leadership As Praxis
A reflective space for participants to review their leadership skills that align with and also depart from “traditional leadership” in the workplace. Drawing from Indigenous wisdom and somatics, participants will walk away with a toolbox of practices to integrate into their leadership praxis.
Make it Make Sense: Working Towards Liberation in Community
Participants will review the ways in which systems of oppression including patriarchy, capitalism, white supremacy, and colonialism, have shaped today’s world events; participants will be guided to make sense of the moment and to draw connections to their role in the community – professionally and personally.
Pivoting Away From White Dominant Culture
Anchoring in Tema Okun’s White Dominant Culture & Something Different, participants will reflect on the ways in which White Dominant Culture shows up in the workplace, and how to pivot towards “something different” – a more liberatory approach to work and leadership.
